Jessica James, who has served the city of Graham for several years as the director of Main Street and the Convention and Visitors Bureau, has resigned her post. She will be joining her husband, Tim, working for the City of Mesquite. She has accepted a position in the parks and recreation department with a focus on event planning. James has worked for the City of Graham for 7 years. She has planned events and promoted the community to bring more overnight visitors. She is currently preparing for Western Heritage Days, which takes place the last week of this month. James said she plans to stay at her current position through the event and plans to leave mid-October.
