In what some Grahamites called a rare occurrence, a two-person protest PAC camped out on the Graham Square this weekend and stayed until Monday evening. The purpose: Impeach Obama at all costs.
Large signs standing next to and resting atop a silver minivan facing south on the service lane of Elm street just north of Third Street told the public at large to “Pull Over, Impeach Obama,” or just “Impeach Obama!”
They generated sincere curiosity among several passersby, many of whom pulled into the Square parking lot to find out what was going on.
Robert Baker, one of the two handing out pamphlets for the LaRouche PAC, a national movement founded in the 1960s by Lyndon LaRouche often equated to political extremism, said that he wasn’t sure exactly how many people had stopped by to talk to him, but said simply, “it’s been a lot.”
