The Graham Steers sent four athletes to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes all-star games this past weekend. Spur Hearne, Bryce Reeves and Ben Davis represented Graham in football while Hunter Hughes and coach Allen McGee were on the baseball team.

Former Graham football standouts Spur Hearne, left, Bryce Reeves, middle, and Ben Davis, right, played in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Myrle Greathouse Big Country All-Star Classic football game in Abilene. Davis earned offensive MVP honors, completing 5-of-10 passes for 72 yards. He also ran for a touchdown. Hearne had 10 tackles, a sack and a forced fumble to become the fourth Steer in a row to win the defensive MVP. Reeves recorded several tackles. The North team, which included the Steers, beat the South 14-11. (Mandy Hearne)

Former Graham catcher Hunter Hughes, left, and baseball coach Allen McGee participated in the 2014 Fellowship of Christian Athletes Big Country All-Star baseball game in San Angelo. McGee coached Hughes one last time as the assistant for the North team. The North team posted 10 hits and 3 errors while the South had three hits and one error. Hughes and McGee helped the North beat the South 3-0. Hughes will continue his baseball career at Texas Wesleyan in the fall. (Angie Hughes)
