Notice of Application for Oil & Gas Waste Disposal Well Permit
J-Lyn Oil Company, 112 Mustang Dr. Graham, TX 76450 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation that is productive of oil or gas.
The applicant proposes to inject fluid into the Gunsight Sand, L.R. Drum Lease, Well Number 5. The proposed injection well is located 3 miles N. of Loving, Texas, in the Young County Regular Field, in Young County. Fluid will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 484 to 496 feet.
LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.

ADVERTISEMENT AND INVITATION FOR BIDS
The City of Graham, Texas at City Hall, Graham, Texas will receive bids for Water Treatment Plant Improvements until 2:00 p.m. on the 26th day of March, 2014 and will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.
This project is generally described as the construction of water treatment plant expansion consisting of raw water pump replacement, clarifiers, filters, filter rehabilitation, clearwell, high service pumps, backwash pump replacement, chemical storage and feed facilities, piping, electrical, controls, and associated work.
General Conditions and General Specifications used in this project are contained in the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction- North Central Texas, latest revision, available through the North Central Texas Council of Governments, P.O. Drawer COG, Arlington Texas 76005-5888 (Phone 817-640-3300).
Contractors are urged to attend and participate in the pre bid conference at Graham City Hall at 2:00 p.m. on the 4th day of March, 2014. Representatives of the Owner and the Engineer will be present to discuss the project and will tour the site with interested bidders after the conference. Engineer will transmit to all planholders of record such addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference.
Bidding documents are available at the Office of the Engineer, Corlett, Probst & Boyd, P.L.L.C., 4605 Old Jacksboro Highway, Wichita Falls, Texas 76302, (940) 723-1455. Copies of the Bid/Contract Documents may be obtained by paying a $200 document fee to the engineer for each set of full size documents obtained. The fee will be refunded to bidding general contractors if the documents and drawings are returned in good condition within 10 days following the bid opening.
A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Graham or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond.
The City of Graham reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
