NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Graham will hold a Public Hearing to consider the annexation of 81.68 acres out of the Ben Hill Survey, Abstract 144. The property is located on the westerly side of Highway 16 that runs North and South and is just South of the city. Said property is roughly 184 ft South of the most Southwest corner of the City of Graham’s City Limit Line which is on the easterly side of said Highway 16. These 81.68 acres is described in Volume 180, Page 167, of Real Property Records Young County, Texas.

The Public Hearing will be held, Thursday, March 27, 2014, at 9:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall located at 429 Fourth Street, Graham, Texas.

All parties wishing to speak to the proposed annexation are encouraged to attend. Information regarding the proposed annexation can be obtained from the City Manager’s office, 429 Fourth Street.
