The City of Graham is currently seeking candidates for the Utility Waste Water Collection Department. Under the direction of the Foreman, this position will respond to waste water collection work orders including new taps, removing blockages, repairing lines and servicing motors and equipment. The TIP is a mechanism used by TxDOT and FHWA to fund projects for the next four years and includes all federally funded projects within the Wichita Falls District. The Wichita Falls District includes Archer, Baylor, Clay, Cooke, Montague, Throckmorton, Wichita, Wilbarger and Young Counties. This meeting is being held pursuant to Title 43, Texas Administrative Code, Section 16.102, which calls for an opportunity for public comment concerning the program.
