The applicant proposes to inject produced fluids (saltwater) into its Clark Unit well 105 located 4,700 feet from the East line and 1,290 feet from the South line of the TE&L CO survey, section 3411, A-1231, Young County, Texas.  This injection well is located approximately 4.4 miles Northwest of Graham in the Young County Regular Field.  Fluid will be injected into the McLester strata, at a subsurface depth interval of 3820 to 3860 feet.

LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Commission of Texas.

The applicant proposes to amend the injection permit for its Clark Unit well 101 located 3,805 feet from the East line and 1,315 feet from the South line of the TE&L CO survey, section 3411, A-1231, Young County, Texas.  This injection well is located approximately 4.2 miles Northwest of Graham in the Young County Regular Field.  The amendment will change the injection interval to a subsurface depth of 3798 to 3840 feet.  The amendment will also change the maximum liquid injection volume to 1,000 barrels of water per day.
