Missing doctor has made contact
Leader Staff Report

Dr. Jeff Gilbertson, prominent Graham physician who has been the subject of a search since he went missing Nov. 17, has spoken to his father and is well.
His parents launched a hunt for the family practice doctor, fearing his mental state after a series of recent events including suspension of his license to practice medicine.
Keith Gilbertson, the doctor’s father, wrote the following the Graham Leader’s Facebook page Tuesday morning:
“We were able to speak to Jeff last night; he sounded great and is in good health. He isn’t quite ready to come to our home but he said, ‘in a couple days.’ Continue praying for his safety and that he would stay out of the big freeze which is coming.”
