Ronald Dale Hudson, 60, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013, in Wichita Falls. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. held Friday, July 19, in Oak Street Baptist Church. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. in Throckmorton Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Dale was born Sept. 11, 1952, in Lamesa to the late Jefferson Charles and Mary Ruth (Whitaker) Hudson. He was a longtime employee of Graham Emergency Medical Services and firefighter and lived in Lamesa and Throckmorton before moving to Graham. Dale served with 101st Airborne Division of the U.S. Army during Vietnam War and was a member of Oak Street Baptist Church.
Dale was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Ann Raines; and a brother Harold Hudson.
Survivors include his son, Ryan Hudson of Ft. Bragg, N.C.; daughters, Jill Hudson of Abilene, Charise Bewley and husband Reagan, Charelle Bewley and husband Darrel and Heather Cox and husband Brandon, all of Graham; grandchildren, Savannah, Summer, Zack and Jordan Bewley and Dylan Cox; friend and former wife, Lee Ann Hudson; brothers, Glenn Hudson and wife Carolyn of Olney and Otis Hudson and wife Jimmie of Lamesa; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
