Eugenia "Gina" Mae Hitch Brown, 64, passed away Sept. 8, 2013, in Wichita Falls. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, in First United Methodist Church in Graham. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. in Throckmorton Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Gina was born May 19, 1949, in Olney to the late Thomas Lakey and Ella Mae (Fletcher) Hitch. She graduated from Throckmorton High School in 1967 and married Marshall Brown on July 13, 1991. Gina moved to Graham from Haskell in 2001. She was the municipal court judge for the City of Graham and a member of the First United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Bob, Jerry, Shirley, Harold, Pete and Tommy; and sisters, Jo Ann, Betty and Donna.
Survivors include her husband, Marshall Brown of Graham; sons, Scott Porter and wife Shane and Brandon Porter and wife Shannon, all of Wichita Falls, and Chris Brown and wife Heather of Midland; daughter, Melissa Reeves and husband, Ted of Flower Mound; sisters, Mary Nell Rodgers of Olney and Dianna Manuel and Bessie Hitch, both of Wichita Falls; grandchildren, Collin and Clair Porter, Nathan and Gracie Porter, Ryan and Ross Reeves and Michela, Troy, and Jolie Brown.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, Throckmorton Ex-Students Association, or a favorite charity.
Family visitation will be held Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
