Elsie Ratcliffe, 72, passed away Thursday, Dec. 8, 2016 in Graham. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 11, in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Elsie was born Feb. 21, 1944 in Big Spring, to the late Houston and Sara (Smith) Walker. She married Jim Ratcliffe on Dec. 30, 1961 in Farmington, N.M.  Elsie spent most of her life in Young County and Farmington, N.M.  She was a bookkeeper and member of Brazos Valley Baptist Church in Graham.  Survivors include her husband, Jim Ratcliffe of Graham; daughter, Shirley McPherson of Graham; son, Charles Ratcliffe and wife, Johnna, of Graham; brothers, John Walker of Flora Vista, N.M. and Vic Walker and wife, Betty Jo, of Wichita Falls; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Elsie was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Walker.
