Georgan Wilson, 79, went to her heavenly home Wednesday, July 27, at her home in Graham, surrounded by her family. She was born July 31, 1942, in Weatherford, to Archie and Chloe Reynolds Ford.
Service was held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 30, at First Baptist Church in Lipan. Visitation was held prior to the service. Burial occurred at Bishop Cemetery in Lipan.
Oleta Mae Cox Roark, 93, of Graham, died peacefully on July 29, in McKinney. The funeral service will be at the First Baptist Church in Graham, on Saturday, Aug. 6, at 10 a.m. under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Rev. Richard Segars and Rev. Jerry Blake will officiate and interment will be at Pioneer Cemetery.
James “Jim” Brice Bobo, age 60, passed away in Richardson on Thursday, July 28. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Aug. 2, at 10 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Proffitt Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Jim was born on June 4, 1962 in Colorado City, Texas to the late James Recil and Carolyn Ann (Suggs) Bobo. He married Angela Wooldridge on March 8, 1985 in Graham. Jim worked as a Control Room Operator for Luminant Energy for 39 years. He attended Little Hope Primitive Baptist Church.
Elsie Dooley Phillips Thomas, 96, found her forever home in heaven on Saturday, July 23, 2022.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 29, 2022 at Bethel Baptist Church, 209 Tennessee Street, Graham. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 28 at Morrison Funeral Home, Graham from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

James “Jimmy” Hayden Skidmore, passed away on Friday, July, 15, 2022 in Graham. Memorial services will be held Monday, July 18, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Graham under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Private burial to follow.
Mary Ellen Booth Meschkat, 94, passed away, July 11, 2022, in Graham. Funeral will be Saturday, July 16, 2022, at 1 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. on Saturday. Burial will follow in Loving Cemetery, beside the grave of her late husband, Edwin Paul Meschkat. He and Mary were married over 70 years.
Mary and Edwin married July 18, 1947, in Manvel. She was born Jan. 5, 1928, in Manvel to the late John Albert and Sally May Flora Booth. Mary’s father was a rancher/farmer, as were all of her five older siblings and their spouses.
Connie Ragland Hamm, 61, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at her home in Graham. Connie was born Sept. 2, 1960 in Olney to Alene Margaret (Wootton) and William Edgar Ragland. She married Mark Hamm June 30, 1979 in Graham at Tonk Valley Church. Connie was a self-employed accountant and a member of Tonk Valley Methodist Church.
On Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at the age of 86 Jesus welcomed Oleta Fay Harrell into her eternal home. Oleta was an amazing and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. But more importantly she was a faithful servant for her Lord. Celebration of life will be Friday, July 15, 2022 at 10 a.m. in the First Baptist Church. Burial will follow Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
