Graham should be feeling a lot better about themselves after a strong 33-27 win over Poolville to lead them into the district season.

“It was nice to see them play well,” Blues head coach Lindsay Griffin said. “I felt like our defense at the Breckenridge tournament was lacking, but that’s what I praised them on against Poolville.”

Indeed, the Blues held the three-point-firing Monarchs to a mere five second-half points to overcome a three-point halftime deficit and get the “W.”

Madison Farmer led the Blues with 10 points, and Rylee Zimmer was right behind her with 8.
