But the San Antonio Express-News (http://bit.ly/1imwvTP) says the cause and manner of the child's death still aren't available.
The child's body was found Monday in a blue duffel bag by a worker sorting items on a conveyor belt at a Waste Management recycling center. The infant is believed to have been less than 10 days old.
Police say if the medical examiner's office determines the child was not stillborn, their investigation could become a capital murder case.
