The East managed just 16 yards on 18 plays in the first half and trailed 14-0.
Will Grier, who is headed to Florida, finished with 109 yards passing for the East, including the game's longest play from scrimmage—a 51-yard pass to Clemson recruit Demarre Kitt.
The East got on the board in the fourth quarter after a 1-yard touchdown by Sony Michel, a Georgia commit.
Freeman opened the scoring with his 3-yard touchdown for the West squad in the second quarter. Joe Mixon, heading to Oklahoma, capped the scoring in the first half with a 3-yard dash of his own and the West led 14-0 at halftime.
Mixon was named MVP of the game after a one rush and one reception (26 yards) performance.
The third quarter was much of the same. Freeman made it 21-0 after his 1-yard run capped a 60-yard drive. The East only managed one first down in the quarter and gained just 33 yards.
Freeman scored his third TD on a 9-yard dash to the corner of the end zone with 30 seconds left.
The West got the lone turnover of the game on a Davion Hall fourth quarter interception of Georgia recruit Jacob Park.
