The 12th annual Run for the Children 5K and 10K event was on Third and Oak Street in Graham last Saturday, May 20.

Will Walton won overall on the men’s side with a time of 19:52 while Sarah Roye won overall on the women’s side with a time of 21:47. A full list of results for the 5k and 10K run can be found here.

All proceeds from the run benefit Virginia’s House/Dr. Goodall’s House. Virginia’s House in Graham and Dr.Goodall’s House in Breckenridge, are family resource centers dedicated to helping children who are victims of abuse or neglect.
