A total of 25 cases were pleaded in the 90th Judicial District Court for September and October. Plea information is provided by the 90th Judicial District Attorney’s office.
September cases
• William Michael Bahl II, 55, of Graham, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Child Pornography 50 or More Visual Depictions or Video, and was sentenced to 45 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID). Sentence shall run consecutively (stacked) with the offense of Possession of Child Pornography Child Under 10 Years of age, and ordered to pay a $5,000 fine, court costs and restitution.
Bahl also pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Child Pornography Child Under 10 Years of age, and was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the TDCJ-ID. Sentence shall run consecutively (stacked) with the offense of Possession of Child Pornography 50 or More Visual Depictions or Video, and ordered to pay court costs and restitution.
Bahl also pleaded guilty to 10 offenses of Possession of Child Pornography 50 or More Visual Depictions or Video and was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and ordered to pay court costs.
• Garner Thomas Castro, 45, of Olney, pleaded guilty to the offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, and was sentenced to 35 years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and ordered to pay a $5,000 fine and court costs.
• Homero Beltran-Delrio Jr, 64, of Olney, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver PG1/1-B – Four Grams or More but Less Than 200 Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 25 years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and ordered to pay a $5,000 fine, court costs and restitution.
• Sammy Ray Kramer, 58, of Woodson, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver PG1/1-B Four Grams or More but Less Than 200 Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 18 years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and ordered to pay a $10,000 fine, court costs and restitution.
• Felicia Lee Penfield, 27, of Haskell, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to proceed to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Assault Peace Officer/Judge, and was sentenced to 18 years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and ordered to pay court costs.
• Johnathan Reed Brown, 34, of Graham, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Revoke Community Supervision for the offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon, and was sentenced to seven years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and ordered to pay remaining court costs.
• Anthony Dwight Schmitz, 33, of Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to the offense of Theft of Property $2,500 or More but Less Than $30,000, and was sentenced to 20 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division (TDCJ-SJ), and ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and court costs.
• Zachery Thomas Browning, 33, of Graham, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance PG1/1-B Less Than One Gram - Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 18 months confinement in the TDCJ-SJ, and ordered to pay remaining court costs.
• Steven Michael Rosales, 36, of Olney, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Abandon or Endanger Child – Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to 18 months confinement in the TDCJ-SJ, and ordered to pay remaining court costs.
Rosales also pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram - Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 18 months confinement in the TDCJ-SJ, and ordered to pay remaining court costs.
• Michelle Ann Bunch, 55, of Newcastle, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance PG1/1-B Les than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 10 months confinement in the TDCJ-SJ and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine, court costs and restitution.
• Hunter Wayne Strawbridge, 27, of Graham, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance PG1/1-B One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to six years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine, court costs and restitution.
Strawbridge also pleaded guilty to the offense of Continuous Violence Against the Family, and was sentenced to six years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay court costs.
• Ann Marie Stevenson, 32, of Penrose, Colorado, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance PG1/1-B – One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, court costs and restitution.
• Katerin Lisbet Viera–Leiva, 18, of Houston, pleaded guilty to the offense of Smuggling of Persons, and was sentenced to three years Community Supervision, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and court costs.
• James Michael Farmer Jr, 49, of Graham, pleaded guilty to the offense of Obstructing Highway or Other Passageway – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to 18 months Community Supervision, and ordered to pay a $500 fine and court costs.
• Clayton Rashaud Fordjour, 48, of Arlington, pleaded guilty to the offense of Harassment with Previous Violations or Temporary Restraining order – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to one year Community Supervision, and ordered to pay a $500 court costs.
October cases
• David Wayne Mosley, 61, of Graham, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance PG1/1-B Four Grams or More but Less Than 200 Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 22 years confinement in the TDCJ-ID and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine, court costs and restitution.
• Lee Jeffery Wages, 34, of Graham, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance PG1/1-B One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to five years confinement in the TDCJ-ID and was ordered to pay remaining court costs.
Wages also pleaded guilty to the offense of Evading Arrest/Detention with Previous Conviction, and was sentenced to 18 months confinement in the TDCJ-SJ, and ordered to pay court costs.
• Patricia Corsbie, 37, of Graham, pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’ s Motion to Proceed to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance PG1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 15 months confinement in the TDCJ-SJ and was ordered to pay court costs.
• Calin Dray Harris, 34, of Wichita Falls, pleaded guilty to the offense of Driving While Intoxicated, Third or More, and was sentenced to eight years community supervision, and judge ordered all court costs and fines to be waived.
• Kenneth Norman Owen, 60, of Olney, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance PG1/1-B One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to six years community supervision, and ordered to pay a $1,500 fine, court costs and restitution.
• Frank James Galvan, 35, of Olney, pleaded guilty to the offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, and was sentenced to five years community supervision, and ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and court costs.
• Tracy Lynn Dooley, 52, of Graham, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance PG1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Drug Free Zone, and was sentenced to five years community supervision, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, court costs and restitution.
• Daniel James Haston, 25, of Olney, pleaded guilty to the offense of Assault Family/Household Member with Previous Conviction, and was sentenced to five years community supervision, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and court costs.
• Jonathan Andrew Salazar, 22, of Graham, pleaded guilty to the offense of Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle, and was sentenced to four years community supervision, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, court costs and restitution.
• Brittany Nicole Smith, 37, of Graham, pleaded guilty to the offense of Injury to a Child with Intentional Bodily Injury, and was sentenced to three years community supervision, and ordered to pay a $5,000 fine, court costs and restitution.
