City tables RV Park project to wait for final lease information

The Graham City Council tabled a commercial lake lot lease agreement with RKJ Adventures, LLC, Thursday regarding a proposed Lake Eddleman RV Park renovation project. The council had previously proposed negotiating an agreement and were still in discussions as of last meeting.

The city met in executive session Thursday to discuss the lake lot lease proposal for RKJ Adventures and upon leaving the session announced the agreement would be tabled to the next meeting.  Graham City Manager Brandon Anderson said they were awaiting the final documentation to present the lease agreement with the council.

“We met yesterday again,” he said. “We are still awaiting a redline version of the contract from their attorney. Our group met yesterday (...) in executive session and we discussed some of the items that came out of that negotiation, but until we get that redline version we still can’t present (...) a final (version) to the council so I suggest we table this matter today.”
