Brent Cornelius, of Cornelius Custom Services in Graham, won a custom 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 at the beginning of November at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) trade show in Las Vegas. Sales made on certain vehicle accessories entered sellers into the sweepstakes.

In September, six finalists were randomly selected, contacted and verified and invited to attend the 2022 SEMA trade show in Las Vegas by the National Sweepstakes Company, LLC. The finalists received a $1,000 gift card from Lippert to offset expenses at the show and The AAM Group provided each finalist with hotel accommodations for two nights.

“I get a phone call a couple of months ago from AAM (Automotive Accessories Marketing Group) (...) and they say that, ‘Hey, your shop has been selected and one of six in the United States to go to the SEMA show for the Keys2Ride (...) giveaway.’ (...) The way you got picked is it was based on sales for the year on truck accessories and we were number one in the US,” Cornelius Custom Services owner Brandon Cornelius said. “So we got picked number one for some crazy reason. After that, they said, ‘We’ll pay for your stay at the Flamingo hotel for two nights, we’ll feed you one night and then the next day we’ll get you into the SEMA show,' because you have to be invited to go to the SEMA show. I decided to send (my son Brent) (because) my wife and I, we’ve been traveling a lot and (...) I said, ‘Let them go and enjoy the show,’ because he’s always wanted to go to the SEMA show to check out the cars and the rides and all that.”
