The Graham Convention and Visitors Bureau announced the bands for the sixth annual Food Truck Championship of Texas concert Sunday, with Whiskey Myers as the headliner.

The concert on Saturday, June 6, will also feature Grady Spencer and the Work and the Old 97’s. The concert will open at 6 p.m. and will begin at 7 p.m. at the Young County Arena.

“We always try to pair artists that sound good together, but also have a different type of audience and that way hopefully we get a good, nice crowd,” said Krisa De La Cruz, CVB and Chamber of Commerce CEO. “But I think for Whiskey Myers they have just been booming lately so I think we booked them at the exact right time. I think we will definitely have another sellout show.”

In the past, the concert has sold out quite often and last year maxed out at 3,600 attendees according to De La Cruz. Last year’s concert was Randy Rogers Band and Koe Wetzel and the 2018 concert featured the Turnpike Troubadours and Parker McCollum.

Tickets for the event can be purchased online at https://bit.ly/2vWo54m. Coolers are allowed at the concert with the purchase of an extra $20 per cooler fee. No coolers larger than 48qt. are allowed at the event and only one cooler can be brought per ticket holder.

For more information about the event, call the chamber office at 940-549-3355.
