Early voting begins December 9 in District 30 runoff election

Early voting in the Texas Senate District 30 Special Runoff Election for the unexpired term of Pat Fallon will be held starting Dec. 9. This election will serve as the fourth in Young County after COVID-19 restrictions were implemented and slowly loosened locally and statewide following the general election which was held Nov. 3 and had three weeks of early voting.

Early voting will run 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 9-15 at North Central Texas College at 928 Cherry St. in Graham and Olney Community Library at 807 W. Hamilton in Olney. Applications for ballot by mail must be received by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8, to Lauren Sullivan, Elections Administrator, 516 Fourth St., Room B1.

Election day for the runoff will be Saturday, Dec. 19 at NCTC, Olney Community Library, Newcastle City Hall at 608 Broadway, Loving Volunteer Fire Department at 8891 Hwy. 114 and Graham First Methodist Church at 700 Third St.
