Faith Community Health System, of Jacksboro, recently announced they will be acquiring Graham Healthcare and Urgent Care at 1005 Elm St. in Graham. The physician-owned clinic will transition into a hospital-based facility in a “non-monetary” change of ownership.

According to a press release from FCH, the acquisition deal has been in the works for several months and the move to a rural health clinic will have no implications for patients.

“While we’ve done some work in the past by providing healthcare education programs and support to our Graham patients, our acquisition of Graham Healthcare allows us a permanent presence in the community by providing a structured approach to medical care,” Frank L. Beaman, CEO, wrote in the release. “We have some pretty exciting plans for the clinic, and we cannot wait to bring added value to the community.”
