Four suspects enter not guilty pleas in April aggravated robbery

Two Graham men, one Graham teenager and one Wichita Falls man each entered not guilty pleas on charges stemming from an armed robbery in April. The four were each charged with aggravated robbery and engaging in organized criminal activity after a robbery at the north Allsup’s in Graham.

Desmond Dajuan Sanders, Jr., 19, of Wichita Falls, Erick Eduardo Sanchez, 18, of Graham, Anthony Tristin Cromer, 18, of Graham, and Alexander Lara, 17, of Graham each filed waivers of arraignment through their attorneys over the past month and a half, ahead of their arraignment dockets on Aug. 31.

Cromer is being represented by Gary Peak of Eastland. Sanders’ attorney is Mark Barber of Wichita Falls. Lara is represented by Robert Estrada of Wichita Falls. Sanchez is represented by David Wimberly of Breckenridge. All four entered a plea of not guilty. There is no update available on a fifth suspect, Anthony Sirianni, Jr., 18, of Graham.
