Graham had 13 members of the Graham High School Chapter of DECA compete at the State Career Development Conference, with one team qualifying to compete at International Career Development Conference.

Thirteen members of the Graham High School Chapter of DECA traveled to Fort Worth on Feb. 20 to compete at State, with Aimee McShan and Cooper Gordy qualifying to compete at the international level in Nashville, Tenn.

DECA is a Career and Technical Student Organization that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management. Much of the competition is based off a 100-question test that the students took in early February and then a role-play once they get to the competition.
