GRT set to perform at Memorial Auditorium

Graham Regional Theatre will perform their annual summer musical, “Annie,” June 21-23 and 28-30 at Graham Memorial Auditorium.
“(Our summer musical) is usually a larger cast, a larger set and a larger crowd,” GRT Director Christian Sanders said. “That is why we love having the opportunity to perform over at Memorial Auditorium.”
GRT has been performing their annual summer musical at Graham Memorial Auditorium since their inception in 2002. The organization opted to keep the tradition going after they opened their black box theater, The Perry, in 2016.
“I have never had anyone who has come in from out of town, not fall in love with that stage (Memorial Auditorium),” Sanders said. “The auditorium board has done an amazing job in the renovations, upkeep and the things they have done. Mandy, the manager of the auditorium, has been amazingly supportive.”
