Lake Country Art Show to begin in August

It’s that time of the year for local artists to think about entering their works in the annual Lake Country Show in Graham, hosted by the Graham Art Guild and presented at the Old Post Office Museum and Art Center.

The juried show, for paid-up members of one’s local art club or guild, will be held from Saturday, Aug. 4 through Friday, Aug. 31. There is a limit of five entries per person; $30 entry fee for up to five pieces. There will be an additional fee of $6 per entry for more than five pieces submitted.

Registration will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 1 and 2, at the OPOMAC, and a reception will be held at the same location at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4.
