Library of Graham hosting monthly Community Collection
The Library of Graham is offering a free program for the community to display their collections in a showcase each month for visitors to the location. Each month, the Community Collection will show off the hobbies of local residents via the display windows at the entrance of the library.
According to a press release from the library, resident can display items such as vinyls, stamps, figurines or any other type of collection they wish to display for the community.
“The library is excited to see a wide variety of hobbies and to have the community learn more about its residents,” the library wrote in the release.
The first display is by Greg Noe, who is showcasing his record and sheet music collection for the month of March.
"Residents can learn how he started the collection and see classic musician cover art in his display inside the front doors of the library,” the library wrote in the release.
