Physicians of Graham seek survey responses

The physicians of Graham released a patient satisfaction survey over six weeks ago and are seeking more responses with the hopes of improving the Graham Regional Medical Center’s image, service, and budgetary issues.
“We know there’s people out there that are really unhappy with the hospital and we don’t know why,” Dr. Donald Behr said. “We think some of them are just mad because there’s a tax, some of them may be mad because the tax is so much, some may be mad because we closed obstetrics. We just want to find out.”
The group of doctors consists of Behr and Dr. Michael Hay from GRMC and the team of physicians at Graham Medical Associates. The group is paying for the survey with their own money.
