The library of Graham’s annual Summer Reading Program comes to a conclusion Wednesday with a prize drawing finale at North Central Texas College.

The program, which began on May 29, is for children who are incoming eighth graders and down through age 3. For every two hours read and logged, the child will receive six “book bucks” and a free book from the library.

“Every year I think they will get tired of those books, but they don’t,” Gibson said. “Some of them will say, ‘I have these five I need the other two,’ so they are trying to make series out of it because a lot of those (books) are the same every year, too.
