TxDOT to repave all of Elm St. starting Aug. 16

The Texas Department of Transportation will be beginning repairs to damaged pavement on Elm St. (State Hwy 16 S) in Graham Wednesday, Aug. 16. The work should take approximately 20 days to complete and will be repairing damaged pavement with 2” asphalt overlay on Elm St. The project will extend from US 380 to the South city limit and will involved multiple lane closures each day.
