The Texas Department of Transportation will be beginning repairs to damaged pavement on Elm St. (State Hwy 16 S) in Graham Wednesday, Aug. 16.
A bill signed into law in June by Gov. Greg Abbot, goes into effect Sept.
The Graham Courthouse will be closed Thursday, Aug. 10 to honor longtime constable James Freddie Page, who died Sunday in Olney.
