Ann Ratcliff

Ann Ratcliff, 79, passed away Friday, Dec. 21, 2018. Funeral was at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, at First Baptist Church. Burial followed in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Ann was born Nov. 1, 1939, in Ada, Oklahoma, to the late Claude and Vera (Cartwright) Good. She married Bob Ratcliff, Nov. 1, 1956, in Graham. He preceded her in death on Sept. 11, 2003. Ann was employed for 30 years by Bryan Insurance Agency as an account manager.

Ann was a talented pianist who donated her time each week playing the piano for a number of church services at area nursing homes. She also was a pianist at First Baptist Church. She was the Graham Lions Club sweetheart and was their pianist, as well. For more than 30 years, she served as the musical accompanist for numerous Graham High School and junior high students during band competitions. Ann was an active member of the Desk and Derrick Club in Graham. She is survived by: daughter, Sonya Edwards and husband Rick of Graham; son, Jeff Ratcliff and wife Cindy of Overland Park, Kansas; grandchildren, Jake Edwards and wife Tricia, Matt Edwards, Bennett Ratcliff, Julia Ratcliff, and Carson Ratcliff; great grandchildren, Landry, Norah, and Bo Edwards; brothers, David Good and wife Arletta of Ada, Oklahoma, Mike Good and wife Donza of Spring. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Ann was preceded in death by a sister, Jan Crockett.
