Anna Mae passed away after a long illness on Aug. 5, 2019 in Mclean, Va.

Anna was born July 6 1926 in Glendale, Calif. to father Rev Paul Adrian Collord and mother Savania Melissa (Strong) Collord.

Anna first married an officer in the US Navy and they had one child Martha J. Hayes. Her husband died while on duty in the service and she remarried Captain James L. Workman USN and they had no children.
Anna was a perfect wife living her entire life continually moving, first with the ministry of her father and the two Navy husbands. She served as secretary of the United Nations Association of San Diego and numerous civic duties and functions.

She Is survived by her husband of 44 years Dr, James L. Workman of Eliasville, her daughter Martha Janene Hayes of Annandale, Va. her brother Dr. Paul A. Collord Jr. and wife Doreen of Indianapolis, Ind., two grandsons, Graham Halstead of N.Y., and Trevor Halstead of Baltimore, Md. and numerous nephews and nieces.

Interment will be In the Ozark Cemetery, Ozark, Christian County, Mo. No cards or flowers please.
