Bill D. Duncan, 76, passed away Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016, in Wichita Falls. A memorial will be held Saturday, Sept. 3, at 3 p.m. in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Graham. Bill was born Aug. 10, 1940 in Cave Creek, Ark., to the late William J. and Arritta Mae Duncan. Bill was a master plumber and owner of Duncan Plumbing Company in Graham. Bill served as an elder in the local congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.Bill married Natha Clifton 27 years ago, on April 9, 1989. Survivors include his wife Natha, of the home; brother, Arthur Duncan and wife, Mary; children, Debra Cooksey and husband, Eric of Pittsburgh, Penn., Annette Duncan of Arizona, Tonya Clifton of Graham, Jack Clifton and wife, Amy of Mineral Wells, and Scott Duncan of Texas; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Duncan.
