Carl Brandon Evans passed away July 25, 2020 at his home in Burleson. A visitation will be held Wednesday, July 29 from 6-8 p.m. at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home in Graham. Funeral Services will be Thursday, July 30 at 10:30 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Burleson with a graveside following at 2 p.m. at Pioneer Cemetery in Graham.

Brandon was born Nov. 21, 1975 in Graham, Texas, to Carl Norman Evans and Janice Kay Weatherbee-Evans. He was a graduate of Graham High School, as well as Texas Tech University, where he was a member of the Goin Band from Raiderland. Brandon was awarded the John Phillips Sousa award for trumpet playing and carried his musical talents into his career in Law Enforcement. Brandon was a 14-year veteran of the Arlington Texas Police Department.

Brandon is survived by his wife Tamra Evans; daughter Lyla Mae Evans; Mother Janice Evans and two sisters, Karen Robertson, and Anita Evans. Brandon was preceded in death by his father Carl Norman Evans and a sister, Cynthia Morrison.
