Carolyn Sue Quillin

Carolyn Sue Quillin, aged 76, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on May 20, 2021. A Family visitation will be held Saturday, May 22, from 4-6 p.m. at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home Chapel. A celebration of life will be held from 2-5 p.m. Monday, May 24, at the Red Brick Rose, (formerly the Old Coca-Cola Factory) located at 1040 4th St. in Graham.

Carolyn was born Aug. 28, 1944, in Stigler, Oklahoma, to the late Melvin and Evelyn Bullard-Holbert. She married Ronnie Lee Quillin on March 1, 1970, and they resided in Graham most of their life. She worked as a medical transcriber for North Texas Pain Management in Graham.

She is survived by two sons: Jeff Quillin and wife Debbie of Pekin, Indiana; Ronnie Quillin III and wife Patricia of New Albany, Indiana. Three daughters: Sheila R. Derringer of Wellington, Missouri, Karen Gutierrez of Graham, and Carolyn Lopez and husband Antonio of Graham. Twenty grandchildren, four of which were at her bedside when she passed: Sabrina Quillin, Jordan Quillin, Shayne Lopez, and Shyann Lopez. 33 Great-Grandchildren, two Nieces, three Nephews, and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ronnie in 2010, two Brothers: Larry Holbert, Jim Holbert, and a nephew Robert Holbert.
