Christopher Lynn Grissom, 47, of Graham, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2017 at Season’s Inpatient Hospice. A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25 at Country Road Fellowship, S. Hwy. 16 at FM 1191 in Young County. Gary Tull will officiate. Chris was born Feb, 13, 1970 in Lynwood, California. Chris Grissom, also lovingly known by many as "The Bowling Guy,” passed away at 7:09 a.m. to be with his Grandpa and all those he loved who passed before him. Chris had a beautiful heart so huge that if he cared about you, he would do whatever he could do to help you. Chris was a man of integrity, loved his friends and family, and most of all, loved God. He is survived by his mother, Diann Harmon Grissom, of Graham; father, Clinton Grissom, of Colorado City; grandmothers, Virginia Harmon, of Colorado City, and Fay Grissom, of Odessa; Ansel and Moxie, his beloved fur babies; his niece, Taylor Atkinson, of San Antonio; nephews, Quest, Phoenix and Axl Atkinson, of Odessa; aunts and uncles, Vickie Harmon of Colorado City, Gary and Cindy Harmon of Odessa, Robert Harmon and Donna McClean of Arlington, Greg and Donna Bates of Bridgeport, Don and Becky Norton of Houston, Dave and Glenda Bethume of Odessa, and Cindy Sledge of Odessa; brothers and sisters, Karla Thompson, of Courtnay, B.C., Canada, and Quentin and Amy Atkinson of Odessa. Chris was blessed with many cousins throughout the states of Texas, Arizona and Colorado. He was preceded in death by his beloved grandfather, Ed Harmon, and by his second cousin, Wyatt Jace.
