C.L. Lowe passed away Nov. 19, 2016 in Wichita Falls. A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, at Grace Baptist Church in Graham. McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born Oct. 13, 1941 in Graham and was a lifetime resident of the Graham area. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clinton and Goldie Lowe, and by Amber Dawn Lowe. Survivors include his son, Jimmy Lowe and wife Carolyn; daughter, Karen Lowe and Josh Busch; brother, Wade Lowe and sister, Glenda Gray; grandchildren, C.L. Huffman, Jennifer Huffman, Sydney Lowe, Travis Lowe, Mary Lowe and D.C. Sedberry; and six great-grandchildren.
