Clifford Elmer Green, 78, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017. Memorial services will be held Sunday, Jan. 29, at 2 p.m. at the Cowboy Church Gathering in Graham. Clifford was born July 6, 1938 in Haskell, to the late Leonard and Frances Green. Survivors include his daughters, Elaina Wilson of Florida, and Katrina Emerson of Texas; son, Clifford Ray Green of Graham; stepsons, Bobby Mager of Graham and Donald Mager of Oklahoma; stepdaughter, Marilyn Mager; sisters, Artie Moss of Graham, Joann Goodlett of Benbrook, Lena Spivey of Alvarado, and Frankie Denhart of Arlington; brother, Alton Green of South Carolina; seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews spread from Texas to Tennessee to Florida. Clifford was preceded in death by his brothers, Buddy Green, Don Green and James Green; and also by Earline Mager, his partner in life for more than 20 years. He was loved very deeply, highly respected and admired as an amazing child of God, son, father and grandfather. He will be deeply missed. We love you and will see you again.
