Coy Lee Neff

Coy Lee Neff, 67, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 4, 2021, at his home in Graham, TX. Coy was born, Dec. 3, 1953, in Wichita Falls, TX, to the late Annah LaVerne (Byrd) and C.F. Neff Jr. He was married to his wife, Georgia, whom he loved and cared for dearly, for 36 years.

Coy entered the U.S. Army, straight out of Graham High School, first serving active duty in Germany before returning to Graham in 1977 and transferring into the Reserves. He worked over 30 years in the oilfield for Schlumberger, many times being the Graham Districts Safety Man, Driver Trainer, and winning several awards for his efforts and dedication for a job well done. In his retirement, he often helped family and neighbors with mowing their lawns along with fixing their mowers gratis. He was a family man and loved doting on his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Survivors include: wife, Georgia Neff of Graham, TX; Daughters, Kaylon (Neff) Willis and husband Jonathan of League City, TX, Melissa Neff of Graham, TX; Granddaughters, Melissa Willis of Germany, Annah Sandoval and Susan Willis of League City, TX; Grandson, Coy Bellamy of Lubbock, TX; Sisters, Gay Lowe and Ardell Souther of Graham, TX, Alesia Robinson of Wichita Falls, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Coy was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Eva Marie (Neff) Koester; and brother, Jackie William Neff.

His celebration of life will be held at a later date for family.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Solaris Hospice and their precious staff.
