Daniel Harrison Elie Grafton passed away May 20, 2017. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 23, 217 at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home in Graham. Daniel was born Dec. 7, 1993 in Graham, and had lived there most of his life. He worked for Buchanan Building Supply and by the age of 14, Daniel worked as a roofer and held numerous jobs throughout the years to help take care of his Mom and siblings. He was registered to get his Comp TIA A+. Daniel had a love for music, cars and the open road and was known for his free spirit by those who loved him. Survivors include his mother, Natalie Strider and husband Ronnie of Bryson; father, Gary Grafton of Graham; brother, Spencer Grafton and wife Michaela of Graham; two sisters, Kaytlyn Grafton and husband Johnny Noble of Graham and Jessica Grafton of Austin; five step-brothers, William Bergeron and wife Brittney, Curtis Strider and wife Lori, Jeffery Strider, Larry Strider and wife Izzy, and Kenny Scarfutti; step-sister, Allyson Smith and husband Michael; grandparents, Tom and Sharon Gorrell, and Walter and Loretta Grafton; and seven nieces and four nephews who thought the world of him.
