David was born Oct. 10, 1942, in Graham, Texas. He was the eldest son of Cleatus and Alice Tucker.

A graduate of Graham High School, David attended Cisco Junior College. He moved to California in 1963 to work at Yosemite National Park. He began his 27 year career in food sales in 1973 at G&M Foods and later worked at Superior Coffee, Sysco Foods, and Port Stockton Food Company.

David enjoyed driving ATVs at Pismo, playing poker at the Flamingo in Las Vegas, cruising, and spending time with his dogs. Those who knew David will remember him for his sense of humor and his love of his family and friends.

David will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered. He is preceded by his parents and brother, Wendell. He is survived by his wife, Laurie; sons Dean and Justin; and grandson Zane.
