Diane Hefner Hamilton, 69, passed away Saturday, Oct. 24, 2020 in Fort Worth. Graveside funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, 2020 at Pioneer Cemetery. Family visitation will be Saturday beginning at 1 p.m. until service time at Morrison Funeral Home.

Diane was born Sept. 29, 1951 in Pecos, Texas to the late Eileen Barbara Hardin and Billy Warren Hefner. She married Danny Hamilton, Feb. 14, 2003 in Fort Worth. He preceded her in death on June 19, 2019. Diane was a Registered Nurse and a longtime resident of Fort Worth.

Other notable pursuits and accolades include competitive bowler, cub scout den mother, award-winning candy maker, last minute costume maker, tennis mom and team pancake chef, chinchilla wrangler, embroiderer, entrepreneur, football mom, t-ball coach, devoted little league and high school baseball fan, fearless golf cart driver, recipe maestro, kitchen gadget operator, finder of fun pedicures, proud nanna, and ice cream sandwich partner-in-crime.

Survivors include; sons, Bradley Parker and wife Lauren of Fort Worth, Bryan Parker and wife Amber of Andrews, John Hamilton and wife Shelley of Mansfield; daughter, Debra Hamilton of Wichita Falls; grandchildren, Graham, Brooks, Kathy, and Shawn Parker, Jacob, Blake, Jordan, Joshua, Evan, and Macy; sisters, Lyn Capers of Wasilla, Alaska and Leslie Shuttleworth-Hefner of Bandera; brother, Roger Hefner of Liberty City; several nieces and nephews also survive.
