Donna Laurie Kanaporius, 59, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017. Donna was born July 25, 1957 in Graham, to Don and Patsy Snow. She was a retired LVN, a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Donna kept the Lord close to her heart and regularly attended Saint Anne’s Anglican Church. She enjoyed new projects, taking care of people, cooking, sewing, painting and quilting. She touched many families and will be missed by those blessed to have known her. Donna is survived by her husband of 28 years, Algirdas John Kanaporius; father, Don Snow; mother, Patsy Kemp Snow; stepmother, Marcia Snow; daughters, Candy Ann D’Onofrio and husband, Jason, and Jessica Dawn McDonald, and husband, Ryan; son, Sammy Wayne Edwards Jr., and wife, Andee; sisters, Karen Aleman, Sue Jane Rich, Jennifer Smith and Kaylea Snow; brother, Jason Snow; granddaughters, Lauren Daily and Alexandra Edwards; and grandsons, Peyton D’Onofrio, Joseph Daily, Samuel Edwards III and Andrew McDonald. Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 6, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in Weatherford. Father Roger G. Grist will officiate.
