Geneva Yvonne Dooley, 87, passed away Monday Aug. 23, 2021. Funeral Services will be held Friday, Aug. 27 at 11 a.m. at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed at Pioneer Cemetery. Visitation was held Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Funeral Home.

Geneva was born Nov. 30, 1933, in Young County to the late Luther Dobbs and Tommy Rudder. She worked most of her life as a cosmetologist. She was a long-time member of Bethel Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family, Geneva will be dearly missed by all.

She is survived by two sons, Bobby Dooley, Wayne Dooley. Daughter Kay Chiappino, brother Billy Dobbs, and sister Dolly Grounds. Nine grandchildren, Billy Sumpter, Russ Sumpter, Dusty Sumpter, Corey Dooley, Cody Dooley, Kalie Chiappino, Jeremy Watkins, Kacie Watkins, and Robert Dooley. Fourteen grandchildren; Jaxon, Connor, Cooper, Hunter, Tucker, Peytin, Andy, Asher, Tessa, Liberty, Isaac, Kennedy, Tyler, and Christine.

She was preceded in death by her parents, by two daughters, Jonie Martin and Lisa Watkins, by two sisters, Virginia, and Laverne, and by four brothers, L.D., George, Kenneth, and Dalton.
