Harry Register, 82, went to be with the Lord Friday, July 14, 2017 in Graham. Funeral services were held Monday, July 17, at 10:30 a.m. in the Cowboy Church Gatherin'. Burial followed in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Harry was born Nov. 3, 1934 in Lefors, to the late George E. and Delia (Cofer) Register. He married Clara Maudine Smith May 13, 1955 in Eastland. Harry worked in the oilfield most of his life as a driller, tool pusher and owner of a drilling company. He was a member of the Cowboy Church Gatherin'. Survivors include his wife, Maudine "Mona" Register of Graham; daughters, Sandra Baynes and husband, Charlie of Graham and Barbara Bobbitt and husband, Randy of Graham; sons, David Register and wife, Darcy of Graham, and Frank Register and wife Penny of Graham; 10 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters, three brothers, a grandson and two great-grandsons. Memorials may be made to Cowboy Church Gatherin'.
