James Edward Francisco passed away Aug. 30, 2017 in Wichita Falls. A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 1, at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home in Graham. Interment will be in Pioneer Cemetery. Visitation was from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. James was born March 25, 1929 in Baytown, to Clifford Frances and Laura Mae Francisco. He was a retired employee of the City of Graham and a member of the Baptist church. Survivors include his wife, Judi Francisco of Graham, and several nieces and nephews.
