James “Jimmy” Kincer, 79, of Possum Kingdom Lake, passed away Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018. He was born June 12, 1939, in Ardmore, Okla., to Charles and Ida May Ellis Kincer. Jimmy owned The Winds Restaurant for 20 years and Jim’s Heating and A/C. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Carlos Kincer.

Survivors include his wife, Jan Kincer; daughters, Sherry Kay Langford and Vicky Lynn Henson; grandson, Brandon Burton; many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 10 at Baum-Carlock Bumgardner Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Solaris Hospice, 2250 FM 51, Suite 400, Decatur, Tx 76234.
