James Ralph Blair, 79, passed away Monday, Aug. 31, 2020 at his home in Graham. Funeral was held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4 at Morningside Baptist Church. Burial will follow 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5 at Whitemans Chapel Cemetery in Clarksville. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

James was born Sept. 30, 1940 in Kenefic, Oklahoma to the late Ruby (Maples) Blair and Fay Dawson Blair. He married Bobby June Dawson, Dec. 25, 1960 in Durant, Okla. She preceded him in death on Dec. 30, 2017. James moved to Graham in 1990 from Quanah. He retired from United Supermarket after 30 years of service. James was a member of Morningside Baptist Church.
Survivors include; daughter, LeAnn Young of Graham; grandchildren, Megan Edwards, Amber Young, and Chris Young and wife Miranda; great grandchildren, Madison Edwards and Evangeline Young; sisters, Leavi Lopez of San Antonio, Mary Propes of Conroe, and Coralee Mueller and husband Gary of Montgomery; brother, Jimmy Blair and wife Juanita of Alice; several nieces and nephews also survive.

James was preceded in death by brothers, Donnie, Willie, and Bobby Blair.
