JoAnn Dalton, 83, left this world to join her heavenly Father, Friday, May 3, 2019 at her home surrounded by family. Funeral services were held Monday, May 6 at 10 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Pastor Joe Finfrock. Burial followed in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

JoAnn was born Jan. 12, 1936 in Clyde to the late Merle and Anna (Woods) Wilkinson. She married Marvin Dalton June 2, 1958 in Archer City and he preceded her in death June 16, 2017. Because of her love for all, she was loved by everyone. Her relationship with Christ was evident in every aspect of her life. Her joy, wisdom and compassion touched the lives of many, she will be dearly missed.

JoAnn is survived by her daughters, Debbie Shifflett, Vickie Newell, Anna Fellows, husband Alan Fellows, Rena Fore, husband David Fore, all of Graham, nine grandsons and one granddaughter, Bubba Shifflett and Marissa Shifflett, Terry Shifflett, Jr. and wife Anna, Jason Fellows, Scott Newell, wife Carla, Greg Newell, wife Jean Marie, Adrian Fellows, wife Angela, Bo Fore, wife Leslie, Mikey Fellows and wife, Daniella, Brian Fore, wife Julie, and Abby Fore; and 16 Great-Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by beloved son-in-law, Terry R. Shifflett, sisters, Ruby Norton, Irene Choate, and brother, James Wilkinson.

The family request that memorials be made to the Rathgerber House of Wichita Falls.
